Refund policy

 

You have a 14-day window, starting from the date of receiving your order, to initiate a return*. Please ensure the items are unused, with attached tags, in their original condition and packaging.

*Initiating the return means making a return request and shipping the item back.

To commence the return process, send an email to customercare@karpovastudio.com. Your return request will be reviewed by our Customer Care team, and authorization confirmation will be sent via email. Or you can follow the link for self-serve returns: start self-serve return

Drop off your return at the nearest DHL point or schedule a collection on the DHL website (https://mydhl.express.dhl/). Retain proof of return postage and share the tracking number of the parcel with the team on the same day you made the shipment. Please note that all taxes and duties should be paid; otherwise, the service costs will be deducted from your refund.

Goods that are returned with damages may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Returns not adhering to our policy will be declined.

Returns or refunds for orders tailored to individual characteristics or custom orders are not accepted.

If an item has been used for photoshoots, it will not be eligible for return.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming the receipt.

Subsequently, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Any attempt to copy our designs, create patterns based on them, or take detailed photos for copying purposes is strictly prohibited. Karpova and TM Karpova are legally protected, and any such actions will result in immediate legal response.
